NextGen AI Privacy Policy

Website, Apps & Games
Last updated: October 30, 2026
Privacy contact: [email protected]

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

NextGen AI operates thenextgenaico.com and the apps and games identified in the app-specific notices below. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to NextGen AI.

This policy explains our shared privacy practices. Each app-specific notice forms part of this policy and explains the information, features, service providers, versions, and privacy choices that apply to that product. Please read this policy together with the notice for the app or game you use.

Where an app-specific notice provides a more specific explanation, that explanation applies to that product. A feature or data practice described for one app does not mean it applies to our other apps or games.

We add or update product notices before introducing materially different data practices. Products and services operated by other businesses are subject to their own privacy notices.

2. Information we process

The information involved depends on the website, app, game, version, features, and choices you use.

Information you provide

When you email us or submit an inquiry through a form we provide, we receive the information you choose to send. This may include your name, email address, message, attachments, and information about a support issue.

Please do not send passwords, private keys, seed phrases, payment-card details, medical records, or other sensitive personal information through ordinary support messages.

Connection and operational information

Website hosting and app-service providers may process information needed to deliver, operate, and protect their services. This can include IP addresses, browser or app identification, device details, request times, requested addresses, and operational or security records. App-specific notices explain the connections and providers relevant to each product.

Information stored on your device

Apps and games may store settings, cached public information, progress, scores, or other product-specific information locally on your device. Local storage is not automatically information we receive. Each product notice explains what is stored, whether it leaves your device, and how to remove it.

Advertising information

Where advertising is enabled, advertising providers may process identifiers, IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP addresses, app or ad interactions, and diagnostics. The advertising section below and the relevant product notice explain these practices. Not every app or game includes advertising.

Other product features

This policy does not mean that every product includes accounts, payments, user uploads, sensitive device permissions, or processing by AI providers. If a product introduces such features, its privacy notice will explain the related information and practices before they begin.

3. How we use information

Depending on the service you use, we process information to:

  • Deliver the website and requested product features.
  • Answer inquiries and provide support.
  • Maintain service reliability and investigate errors.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
  • Protect users and the services we operate.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.
  • Respond to privacy requests.
  • Support advertising delivery and measurement where advertising is enabled and disclosed.

Installing an app does not itself give us access to information stored only on your device. We do not use support inquiries to build advertising profiles.

4. Service providers and information sharing

Hosting, infrastructure, email, support, and advertising providers process information needed to provide their services. Product notices identify app-specific providers and relevant direct connections.

Some providers process information on our behalf. Advertising providers and external services may also process information for purposes described in their own privacy notices.

We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users and our services, prevent abuse, or respond to security incidents. We do not intentionally publish private support correspondence or personally identifying service records.

We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising disclosures may qualify as a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under applicable privacy laws, depending on the processing involved. Available choices are explained below and in the relevant app or game notice.

5. Advertising, cookies, and privacy choices

Website advertising

Our website has applied to Google AdSense. Application or developer verification does not mean advertising is approved or currently served. When Google advertising is enabled, Google and participating vendors may use cookies and related technologies based on visits to this and other websites to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud.

App and game advertising

The relevant product notice states whether Google AdMob or another advertising service is included in the version you use. AdMob may process IP addresses, approximate location, app and ad interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers such as advertising ID and app set ID, depending on configuration, permissions, and consent choices. Website cookies and Android app identifiers are different technologies.

Consent and controls

Where consent is required, we obtain it before processing that requires consent. Advertising-enabled product notices explain the available consent and privacy controls. You may withdraw consent through the available controls or contact us for assistance.

Non-personalized or limited advertising can still involve processing for delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention. Declining personalization does not necessarily stop all advertising-related data processing.

You can manage available advertising identifier settings through your device and cookies through your browser. These actions do not automatically delete information already held by providers.

Provider information and controls:

6. External links and embedded content

Our website, apps, or games may link to app stores, social networks, market-data services, or other external destinations. Those services follow their own privacy practices.

Third-party media embedded in a page may disclose connection and device information to its provider when loaded. Review the relevant provider's privacy notice. An external link does not itself mean we share locally stored app or game data with that destination.

7. Data retention and deletion

We retain support correspondence as needed to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and meet applicable legal obligations. Operational and security records are retained according to their purpose, service settings, and applicable provider practices.

Records may be retained longer where legally required or needed for security or a dispute. We delete or de-identify information we control when it is no longer needed for those purposes, subject to applicable backup retention.

Product notices explain local storage and product-specific retention. Clearing app storage removes local information but does not automatically delete support messages, server records, or information independently held by advertising providers. Device backups may retain separate copies according to your settings.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:

  • Request access to your personal information.
  • Request correction or deletion.
  • Request a copy of your information.
  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
  • Opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising where those rights apply.

Where applicable, you may use an authorized agent, appeal a request decision, or complain to your local data-protection authority. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

To submit a request, email [email protected] with the subject Privacy request. Identify the app, game, or website involved and explain your request.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity or an authorized agent's authority. Do not send sensitive identification unless we explain a secure, necessary verification method. We respond within applicable legal time limits and explain any lawful limitation or required retention. To appeal a decision where that right applies, reply to our response and request an appeal.

We can handle requests concerning information we control. For information independently held by another provider, use that provider's controls or contact us for assistance. Product notices explain whether an app has an account and any product-specific deletion process.

9. International processing and security

Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use the safeguards required for the processing concerned. Contact us for information about safeguards applicable to your information.

Our website and the default CoinCast service connection use HTTPS. We use access controls appropriate to the services we operate. Local data also depends on your device's protections. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

10. Children and product audiences

Our company website is intended for adults researching our services and digital products. App and game audiences differ, and each product notice identifies its intended audience and child-related practices.

  • CoinCast Daily: Not directed to children under 13.
  • Smack a Politician: Intended for adults aged 18 and over and not directed to children.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact [email protected] so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Floppy Ball: Intended for school-age children, teens, and adults. Its Android edition includes family-appropriate AdMob settings; see the Floppy Ball notice below.

11. Changes to this policy

We update this policy and relevant product notices when our practices change. We revise the published dates and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. Describing a planned feature does not mean that feature is already active.

Floppy Ball — Android Game & Browser Privacy Notice

Updated October 30, 2026. Publisher: The Next Gen A.I. Co. This notice forms part of our NextGen AI Privacy Policy and applies specifically to Floppy Ball, Android package com.thenextgenaico.floppyball.

Audience and local game information

Floppy Ball is a general-audience arcade game intended for school-age children, teens, and adults. No game account, name, email address, exact birth date, payment information, chat, or precise location is required. Scores, sparks, unlocked ball colors, recent runs, and settings are stored on your device. We do not receive these game records. Android also stores a selected age range locally to set up appropriate privacy choices.

Android advertising

The Android version includes Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform. Banner advertisements appear on game menus, outside active gameplay. All ad requests use child-directed treatment, treatment for users under the age of consent, G-rated content and non-personalized advertising. The app removes Android advertising-ID permission and includes no third-party mediation SDKs. Consent and privacy choices are handled before requesting ads where applicable; the game remains playable if an ad cannot be shown.

AdMob may collect and share IP address (which can indicate approximate location), app and ad interactions, diagnostic/performance information, and permitted device or app identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. Non-personalized ads and removal of advertising-ID permission do not stop all advertising-related processing. Google's SDK encrypts data in transit. See Google's SDK data disclosures and Google's Privacy Policy.

Browser version and hosting

The browser version at nextgen-floppy-ball.web.app has no AdMob SDK or analytics tracker. Firebase Hosting delivers its files and may process standard request information, including IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the service. Installing the browser game caches files for offline play. Android game files are bundled with the app and work offline.

Your controls and sharing

Use Settings in the game to reset local game progress, or clear browser/app storage to remove corresponding local records. Local progress does not automatically transfer between devices. The Android menu displays Ad privacy choices when Google's consent service requires that control. Clearing local storage does not automatically delete information independently held by Google. Optional score sharing offers score text and a game link to the sharing service you select. There are no real-money purchases, cash prizes, public profiles, or online multiplayer features.

Privacy requests

For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected] with the subject “Floppy Ball privacy request.” Identify whether you use Android or the browser version. We handle requests about information we control; Google's own controls apply to information it independently holds. Do not include passwords, payment details, or children's personal information in routine support messages.
