1. Versions covered

This policy covers Smack a Politician for Android. Version 0.15 is an offline game without advertising or an ads SDK. Version 0.16 introduces Google AdMob rewarded advertisements and interstitial advertisements between completed matches. The advertising disclosures below apply to version 0.16 and later ad-enabled releases. No game account, in-app purchases, or online multiplayer is required or provided.

2. Local game data

Progress, scores, daily challenge results, earned SAP Bucks, and character choices are stored on your device. We do not receive this local save data. Clear the app storage or uninstall the game to remove it. The game does not request contacts, camera, microphone, or precise GPS location.

3. Advertising and data sharing

The ad-enabled release uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Google collects and shares device IP addresses (which may estimate approximate location), app and ad interactions such as launches, taps and video views, diagnostic information about performance, and device or account identifiers such as Android advertising ID and app set ID. These data support advertising, ad measurement and analytics, fraud prevention, security and compliance. Ad data is transmitted to Google and its advertising partners; it is not limited to local storage. Data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.

Rewarded ads are optional and provide the stated in-game bonus only after completion. Interstitials may appear between completed matches. Gameplay remains available if ads cannot load. We do not sell local game-save data. Google and its partners process advertising data under their applicable policies, retention practices and privacy controls.

4. Consent and advertising choices

Where required, Google’s User Messaging Platform presents a consent message before ads are requested. When available, use About > Ad Privacy Choices to review your choices. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily stop all advertising-related collection, including limited-ad measurement or fraud prevention.

5. Sharing and support

The game’s share/copy option copies a game-result message to your clipboard. It does not automatically post or send it. Apps you choose to share through follow their own policies. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you provide, which our email provider processes to deliver and store correspondence. We use it to respond and retain it as needed for support and applicable obligations. You may request deletion of support correspondence by email. We cannot directly delete or identify advertising records held by Google; use Google’s privacy controls for those records.

6. Audience and security
